** UPDATE*  Everyone who commented from Philly gets a ticket!  Yay! **

The Philadelphia Buyers Market (August 1-3) offered me a press pass to meet and talk to the artists that will be exhibiting there.  It's a wholesale market, so I won't have to resist temptation to buy anything, which is a good thing.

I had to fill out a Press Credential Request Form to get my event and camera passes.  I listed my title as "Superstar Craft Blogger."  Ha!  I'm half-hoping they print that on my name tag. :)  

I'm excited because I want to see what sorts of things artists wholesale.  They are courting the emerging and indie artists this year (along with their normal contingent) with Events and Seminars and a screening of Handmade Nation.

I got one free ticket for me and FOUR FREE TICKETS to give away!  Yay!  The screening is Saturday, August 1, 2009 at 6 PM at the Philadelphia Convention Center.
