Swatches and more swatches
The second picture is tests for a mesh market bag ... which I'll probably never make. 2008 appears to be the year of *starting* projects. Well, sometimes I don't even start them ... I just think about starting them. Oh, well.

you could think of it this way... if you started everything you thought of, or wanted to - or finished everything you started? you wouldn't have time to go to the bathroom, let alone work and play. at least that is my theory, and i am sticking with it...

That yarn looks yummy, what is it? It has a nice sheen.
I have the same problem with starting projects and not finishing them :-( I've limited myself to working on two projects at once for now; I'll see how that works or if it's too stifling for my creative process... lol :-) I really have the urge to start a pair of socks right now but I'm already working on an afghan and a lace shawl. I'm almost done with the afghan so I'm making myself finish that first!
Good luck with the market bag!!

That's so funny because I just posted about my horrible habit of starting a drawing and never finishing it because I'm terrified of messing it up. I have about 8 sketches ready to go to the next level and I just can't seem to find the courage to take them there. hmph.
I wonder, out of the 2 of us, if we had a contest for most unfinished projects, who would win? haha

Well, then you may just have to make 2009 "The Year of Finishing Things"! Actually, I figure since I have spent the past 6 months of this year starting projects more often than finishing, I will spend the next 6 months finishing! Of course, a plan like that is always easier said than done!
