Kristine said ... We bought this exact printer when it came out last year, and were terribly excited about it. However, a month or two later, it started having printing problems - wouldn't recognize the ink, wouldn't print in black, etc. We replaced the ink, and that didn't help, downloaded new drivers, etc - do a web search on the problems, and it will come up. We would up buying a new printer because we couldn't fix it, and were horribly disappointed.
