Super Hot Flower Loom Action

I finally had a couple hours to play around with my flower loom!  These are my initial, mostly unsuccessful attempts.

I tried all sorts of crazy stuff just to see how it would work out.  I like lots of yarn loops for the petals, but the center gets very thick when you do too much.

These are my favorites.  There is just a tiny issue with securing the beginning/ending yarn ends, but I'm sure I'll figure something out.  I think they'll make great handbag embellishments.

Not only handbags - but also caps, and would look great in a bunch as a necklace. Wonderful thingies *^^*!

they look great! so not unsuccessful at all.
it does take alot of practice but you're off to a good start. you should see my super crappy early attempts.

just experiment with different ways of knotting the beginning/ending yarn. i make knots and then hide the tails inside the poof center so it looks clean in back when i'm making them for pins.

I remember my mom had one of those looms when I was a kid. She would make flower pins for me and I would wear them on my jackets and bookbags.

I can't wait to see how you put them to use.
