Set Sail

I'm not just churning out overly-serious posts about lists over here ...

This handbag is ready to travel to it's final destination.  I added some leaves to the tulip label and whipped up a new one for Germany.  I love the little beer stein on the Germany label - it even has a hinged lid.  Just in time for Oktoberfest!

Here you can see the world map fabric Elizabeth picked out for the lining.

That is so seriously cool that you must have chilblains after making it.

I love these travel bags. They're so vintagey but in a really crisp way that most things vintagey are not.

How'd you accomplish that?

It's wonderful! I know she will love it! The Germany sticker is my favorite one yet. I love the font. You rock! I love seeing the stuff you come up with. You always add so much depth to the theme.

It is very beautiful. And those tags are incredible, they give such a personality to the out side of the bag. And the fabric in the inside is spetacular. Everything is perfect.

I love these "stickers"! I really love the St. Kitt's one. I have been dying to know how you stitch the outside part...do you know of any tutorials? Thanks!

Really the sweetest crocheted purse I've seen! Is there a pattern? I'm so seriously into purses.

It's true, the 2 color blanket stitching on the Germany sticker really rocks it out.
