It's fun looking at what you've made before. It tests my memory. :) Just curious, did I miss where you said why you're looking back?

Kuky ... No, you didn't miss it. :) I just started doing it without explanation. A couple of the reasons are ... so new readers can be exposed to old posts ... to give me a chance to clean up old posts a couple at a time (many don't have thumbnails, summaries, or categories). I'm enjoying looking back through them, though I'm starting to see so many projects I started and never finished ... oh, to have more free time!

Your blanket project looks pretty huge there. I think finishing non-crib sized blankets are worth an entire year of knitting or crochet, though I realize people finish them all the time.

I started reading your blog sometime around the OWLs -- wow, six years ago! I cherish the patterns for those owls and still make new ones for my gift adornment stash. I love those owls. And I thank you for SIX years of crafting/blogging goodness!

Alice Clark ... Wow! So awesome to have such a long-time reader. :) I wish I could give you a big hug! Those owls were my first original stuffies. It's like you've been here since the beginning! Thank you so much for your sweet comment.
