Introducing Make & Meaning

I'm pretty excited to tell you about Make & Meaning, a new blog that just launched.  It's dedicated to discussing all the stuff surrounding the making of things.  You know, stuff like ethics, copyright, mentoring, blogging, how crafting effects our lives ... everything and anything that gets a conversation started.

Diane of CraftyPod and Paul of Dude Craft have put a lot of thought and elbow grease into getting the site up and running.  You think they're awesome on their own?  Well, as a dynamic duo they are unmatched!

And when they emailed me asking if I was interested in becoming a regular contributor, I had to say YES.  I'm so excited to be a part of this project along with Pip of Meet Me At Mikes, Kim Werker, and Betsy Greer of Craftivism.

Finally, I have an appropriate place to put all my thinky posts.  And, boy howdy, they'll be in great company.  And don't be shy, if you have something to say, leave a comment and start a conversation with us.

I look forward to seeing you over there. :)

Crafty and thinky! I like it just fine here but I'll head over there, too. How great. Really great. Congratulations. So great. I typed 'great' so much that now it looks like a word for an odd shredded beef product, but never mind. That's exciting news and I'm happy for you. I look forward to your M&M writing.

Kelly ... I like it here, too. :) Sometimes, though, I fear I'd fill up this blog with thinky rants instead of crafty fun if I gave my brain free reign. It feels like I'm organizing myself by blog, now. :)

Cath ... Thanks!

Joanne ... I hope you enjoy it. :)

I am probably way too excited about this. But it's too late to rein it in now - the excitement has bubbled over and cannot be contained.
As a new crafty blogger and with a fledgling etsy venture there are so many questions that I have for veteran craftophiles (can I say that).
