Itchy Fingers

I'm still dealing with all-things-move-related.  I've been carrying around a ball of yarn and my crochet hooks in my bag for over a week, but I haven't had a chance to make even a stitch.

More than anything, though, I want to catch up on answering emails.   And deleting all the comment spam I've been getting (ugh!).

Alice, I know how it is to make a big move. We moved 900 miles away from our families in July. I hope you get settled soon! OOO and I miss reading your blog! Hope to see you back soon.

Settling in and getting everything where you want it is the hardest! I haven't moved across the country and I still haven't crocheted a stitch since school started back. Its killing me!! Hang in there!!

Comment Spam is about as low as one can get.
Love your style and, of course, your blogging.

It's so nice to hear from you. Comforting and reassuring, actually.
Moving is enough of a verb by itself, never mind the itching and dealing and answering and, to top it off, deleting. Honestly, how does that comment spamming ever work? The numbers must work out for someone, but I still don't get it and wish they'd leave you and your blog alone. There's worse things, I know, and yay, you surfaced, even if only briefly.

We moved into our first house about a month and a half ago. At some point I just started putting boxes in the garage because I just wanted the house to be liveable. i used to have a one-box-a-bay goal...it's been downsized to one-box-a-week.
Good luck!!
