I'd vowed to myself that if I got 'em I was just going to shave my head. Then I read you're post about your shave and it ruined it all. Does it really itch a lot? Worse than lice?

Shaving your head bald with a razor is torture. Really torture. But using the clippers is cake. If you use the clippers with no attachement, you'll have almost-no-hair, but you won't have the razor burn and growing-in agony.

I say you shave DD's head ... ha! :)
