Suspiria is a weird movie from 1977 by Dario Argento.  He was going for a cinematic version of a nightmare, so plot, naturalism, and sense is almost nonexistent.  There are some creepy, strange moments.  I'd never thought about what it would be like to jump into a room full of rolls of barbed wire ...

The best part is the art direction.  I want the set designer to do the interior of our apartment!  You could describe it as vampire art-deco.   So awesome.  In fact, some of the insane wall paper looks like current Alexander Henry Fabric prints, especially  this one.
